On 29 July, the Sky Bar at Ocean Drive Ibiza will host a new Mixology Experience, created in collaboration with Mari Mayans Family to discover Ibiza through one of its most recognisable flavours: Hierbas Ibicencas.
During the session, you will learn to prepare two cocktails hand-in-hand with OD Hotels' bartender, featuring herbs as the stars. An opportunity to learn more about their history, their tradition, and new ways to enjoy them.
You don't need to know anything about cocktails. Just come with a desire to try, learn something new, and share a good time while the sun sets over Ibiza.
The experience includes all ingredients, the two cocktails made during the workshop, and a small souvenir to take home.
A plan to share, discover and prove that, sometimes, understanding an island better can start simply with raising a glass.
