The next Sunday 23 August at 08:30, we invite you to experience a different kind of morning on the terrace of the Hotel España Ocean Drive, where wellness, gastronomy and community come together to give you an authentic moment of disconnection.
To make the experience more personal and tailored, we will divide into two groups of 10 people. While one group enjoys the Pilates class, the other will take part in the ritual Soft Reset.
Afterwards, we will swap the spaces so that you can all enjoy both experiences at your leisure and in an intimate atmosphere.
Pilates class
We will start the day with a Pilates session led by Paula López, designed to activate the body, awaken the mind and fill us with energy right from the start.
Ritual Soft Reset
An intimate and simple space in which we will connect with ourselves and with other women.
What are we looking for? Slow down, return to our routine and create the opportunity to decide how we want to do it.
It is not about setting goals, but about listening to ourselves, reconnecting with what we need and choosing how we want to feel during the final push of the year.
Brunch Buffet
Once all groups have completed both experiences, we will get together to enjoy a delicious brunch buffet prepared by the Hotel España Ocean Drive.
It will be the perfect moment to keep sharing, get to know each other and prolong this morning of well-being.
