Saint Cyriac is celebrated at the table
Ocean Drive Talamanca · 8 August
San Ciriaco is celebrated in the streets. And also around a good table. Tonight, at Ocean Drive Talamanca, we're joining one of Ibiza's most special nights with a dinner designed for unhurried enjoyment, lots of toasts, and sharing that atmosphere that only appears when the island is celebrating.
Good food, good company, and a night worth savouring. Because some traditions are to be observed. And others that are lived.
The evening menu
The dinner kicks off with a Welcome cocktail, house invitation: the Ibiza Fire, specially created for this St Cyriac's Eve.
As a starter, sushi and sashimi with carob teriyaki and flao ice cream, a sweet and savoury nod to the Ibizan pantry.
Then, starters to share at the centre of the table: Guijuelo ham with bread and tomato, Red tuna tartare with foie gras and truffle, Ibiza red prawn and mussels with Thai sauce.
For the main course, Dry-aged beef loin (600g) with baby potatoes and Padrón peppers, to share amongst everyone.
And to close, Mahón cheese and pistachio tart with vanilla foam.
How to book your table
The dinner is priced at £80 per person, with a minimum of two diners. It is recommended to book a full table to enjoy the menu as it is intended, sharing each dish.
See you at the table.
