What are the booking conditions?

For non-refundable rates, the hotel charges the full amount at the time of booking. For flexible rates, the first night is charged 7 days prior to arrival (non-refundable), and the balance is payable on arrival. In case of cancellation on the same day, no-show or early departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Is it possible to choose a specific room?

Yes, with the "Choose Your Room" app you can select your room number prior to arrival, subject to availability.

What services are available in OD hotels?

24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, breakfast until midday, private parking, concierge service for restaurant and club bookings, boat hire and pet-friendly accommodation.

Do OD hotels accept pets?

Yes, dogs are welcome in all OD hotels.

What is the cancellation policy?

For flexible rates, you can cancel without penalty up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, the first night is non-refundable. Non-refundable rates are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Do you offer transfer services or boat rental?

Yes, thanks to the proximity to the Marina Botafoch, the reception can help you to organise transfers and boat rentals.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The standard timetable may vary from hotel to hotel. It is recommended to check directly with the hotel in question. With direct bookings on our website, Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are free of charge (subject to availability).

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, there is free high-speed Wi-Fi in all common areas and rooms.

Do OD hotels offer concierge services?

Do OD hotels have private parking?

Yes, private parking is available, although spaces are limited. Only Ocean Drive Sevilla does not have its own car park, but you can find special rates for nearby car parks on our website.
