The resulting concept will be "a kind of urban beach barwith the subtitle Mediterranean embersThe exhibition is divided into several spaces or "stages" dedicated to "the best of each house": lobby with cocktail bar and after-work area; restaurant with Estimar-style show cooking, a tapas bar in the Manero style and a rice bar with Casa Elías rice dishes.
"It's partly about bring Casa Jondal to MadridBosch explains, "combining it with the Levantine side of informal tapas, quality produce, rice dishes, an extensive wine list, cocktails and music, including live music".
Located in the under Ocean Drivewhere in the past the Real Cinemain the Plaza de Isabel II, the restaurant will have its own interior design by Apple Tart Design (a studio that forms part of Grupo Gastro Portal, headed by Raquel Giménez). The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel will have a capacity of 96 seats, between 40 and 45 seats for the whipping and 10 tables for about 30 people on the street terrace.
