In its historic modernist dining room, Edu Rodas's kitchen, under the gastronomic direction of Martín Berasategui, offers an eight-course journey inspired by the restaurant's menu. A culinary concept where produce, technique and the season meet the history of the venue.
The experience includes an aperitif, four starters, two main courses, a dessert and petit fours.
€95 per person.
Available for lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Saturday, both inclusive. Drinks and coffees not included.
