You will provide dynamic customer service:
The bartender in a restaurant is responsible for the preparation and service of drinks, ensuring a sophisticated and personalised experience for customers. They must have an in-depth knowledge of mixology, premium spirits and cocktail trends, as well as provide exceptional service with attention to detail.
Preparation of Drinks and Cocktails:
- Making classic and signature cocktails.
- Knowing and handling advanced mixology techniques.
- Serve premium wines, beers and spirits with the right presentation.
Customer Service and Premium Experience:
- Offer personalised recommendations according to the customer's tastes.
- Maintain a smart, professional and discreet attitude at all times.
- Answering questions about drinks and pairings with dishes on the menu.
Bar Management and Control:
- Supervise the correct organisation and cleanliness of the work area.
- Control inventories of spirits, distillates and other supplies.
- Coordinate the replenishment of products with high quality suppliers.
Teamwork and Coordination:
- Collaborate with the dining room and kitchen team to harmonise the customer experience.
- Participate in the creation of new drink menus and cocktail strategies.
Training and knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
- Mastery of mixology techniques and creative presentation of cocktails.
- Experience in handling and serving premium wines and spirits.
- Language skills: Intermediate level of English.
- Experience: Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels or luxury restaurant (2 years).
