We are looking for a Reservation Agent to join our team in our prestigious 5 star hotel. If you are passionate about customer service, have experience in the hotel sector and are fluent in English, this is your opportunity to be part of a professional, dynamic and excellence-oriented environment.

You will provide a dynamic service to our guests:

- Manage reservations of rooms and hotel services, both by telephone and email.
- Advise clients on rates, availability and characteristics of the hotel, guaranteeing a personalised and high quality service.
- Coordinate with other departments (reception, housekeeping, events, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the reservation systems.

Training and knowledge:

- Training: Technical training in hotels or tourism.
- Language skills: High level of English.
- Experience: Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels (2 years).
- Computer skills: Good command of IT tools and hotel management systems (PMS).
- Other skills: Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and teamwork.
