You will provide a dynamic service to our guests:

- To welcome and attend to customers throughout their stay, offering a warm, professional and proactive service.
- Advise on exclusive local activities and experiences: gastronomy, leisure, culture, transport, shopping, etc.
- Manage reservations for restaurants, shows, transfers, wellness treatments, excursions and other services on request.
- Anticipate the needs of the guest, resolve doubts or incidents with discretion and efficiency.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
- Handling special requests and organising customised experiences that exceed customer expectations.

Training and knowledge:

- Previous experience in the position of Concierge, Guest Relations or personalised attention in luxury hotels or premium establishments.
- High level of English. Knowledge of other languages (French, German, Italian, etc.) would be an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of the local cultural, gastronomic and leisure offer.
- Ability to deal naturally and elegantly with demanding clients with an international profile.
- Communication skills, empathy, discretion and conflict resolution skills.
- Proactive, organised, detail-oriented and service-oriented attitude.
