What will your tasks be?

- Greet guests courteously upon arrival.
- Offer assistance with luggage, transporting it from the hotel entrance to the reception or directly to the room.
- Accompanying guests to their room, explaining the hotel's facilities and services.
- Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to ensure a luxurious experience.
- Be available at the entrance and lobby to answer questions and assist guests.
- Coordinate with the reception staff any special requirements of the guest.
- Proper labelling and storage of baggage in case of temporary storage.
- Receive guests' vehicles at the hotel entrance and park them.
- Ensure that the vehicle is ready for the guest upon request.
- Arrange taxi service or private transport.
- Assist in the organisation and logistics of events within the hotel.
- Assist guests with the location of meeting rooms or areas.
- Coordinate the mobilisation of material or equipment according to the needs of the event.

Requirements:

- Maintain an impeccable image in keeping with the standards of a 5-star hotel.
- Always be courteous, discreet and helpful to guests.
- Follow the security and service protocols established by the hotel.
- Language skills: High level of English.
- Experience: Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels.
