We are looking for an experienced, committed and passionate Floor Supervisor with a passion for service excellence to join our team.

What will your tasks be?

- Supervise the daily work of the cleaning team.
- Check rooms and common areas, ensuring compliance with the hotel's quality standards.
- Coordinate with reception for the timely delivery of rooms.
- Coordinate repairs and overhauls with the technical services team.
- Detect and communicate incidents or maintenance needs.
- Supervise the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel's common areas.
- Supervise the linen office, ensuring its correct provision and organisation.
- Train and motivate the team to maintain an efficient and collaborative working environment.

Requirements:

- Experience: Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, as well as hygiene and safety standards.
- Leadership, organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate teams and ensure quality standards in rooms and common areas.
- Immediate availability.
