You will provide a dynamic service to our guests:

- Welcoming and serving customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Taking orders and advising guests on the menu and food pairings.
- Serve food and beverages while maintaining standards of quality and presentation.
- Prepare and organise tables ensuring a flawless presentation.
- Manage payments and issue invoices when necessary.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure efficient service.
- Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations.

Your skills should be:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants.
- Knowledge of service protocols and customer service.
- Communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Good presence and proactive attitude.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels (2 years).
- Knowledge of customer service, sales and product promotion.
- Availability to work rotating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
