As a Housekeeper in our 5-star hotel, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of cleanliness in the rooms. Your work is essential to offer a luxurious experience to our guests, ensuring an impeccable and welcoming environment.

What will your tasks be?

- Perform daily cleaning of rooms, bathrooms and assigned areas, following the hotel's quality standards and hygiene protocols.
- Replenish and tidy all items and amenities in the rooms, ensuring that every detail is in perfect condition.
- Inspect assigned areas to identify maintenance or repair needs and report them in a timely manner to the appropriate department.
- Attend to special requests and requirements of guests, collaborating with other departments to ensure a personalised and high level of service.
- Control and manage the inventory of cleaning products and materials, reporting possible shortages or deterioration.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, using cleaning products and equipment correctly.

Requirements:

- Experience: Experience in a similar position in 4* and 5* hotels.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products, as well as hygiene and safety standards.
- Teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and teammates.
- Basic knowledge of English or other languages would be an asset.
