Where I open a new door, open a new chapter where I show my art during my last years and now, I took a break from my art. It has been complicated months and years but in the end the light always comes out. I am back to infect you again with this energy called happiness with a lot of color.

Artist Bio:

 

Dany Weller (b. 1994) is a Guatemalan artist who obtained her diploma in Fine Arts at Universidad del Istmo and took numerous workshops in Guatemala and around the world, such as Corso Breve in Disegno e Pittura in Florence, Italy, Mexico, Spain, and the USA.

Her work is characterized by abstraction using bright and powerful colors. Playing with colors is where she creates her own colorful worlds full of feelings and emotions. At the same time, she spreads that energy to people and invites them to play and have fun with colors to create their own worlds, to get to know themselves better, and to have a better conversation with their feelings.

 

Throughout her career, Dany has participated in several exhibitions in Guatemala, Mexico, Paris, Spain, USA, and Portugal. Additionally, Dany has works in private collections in Guatemala.
