In the Fonda España Restaurant, Martín Berasategui recovers the old concept of the fondas (inns), opting for the most traditional cuisine of the land with a modern twist. At the helm of the Fonda España is the chef Edu Rodas, with years of experience under the guidelines of Martín Berasategui.
Located in the modernist dining room originally designed and decorated by Domènech i Montaner, a setting of rich heritage interest in which the historical elements are enhanced and inspire the new ones.
